TRAINING SESSIONS

The youngest person Jason has trained was 6 years old, the eldest 86. The level of fitness training therefore can be basic or to professional competitive level.

Each individual may have their strengths and weaknesses; however, you will be doing exercises you never thought possible and getting results.

The training will include martial arts exercises such as; kicking, punching, using your elbows and knees.

This will enhance your: stamina, flexibility, speed, strength (including core), power, agility, co-ordination, balance and awareness skill.

All necessary equipment can be provided i.e. gloves, wraps, weights, mats, weapons etc.

Training with kids

They will; learn basic self defence, keep fit, enhance their abilities in PE, avoid bullying and become much more confident.

Cost

Start from £80 per hour.

Training can take place in your home, communal garden or in the park.
