Jason O'Connor

Jason  has practiced martial arts for just over 30 years;
worked in the fitness industry for over 25 years and
coached a number of sports.

ABOUT JASON

He has won a national title in a full contact competition, as well as successfully fighting in the cage. He obtained a BSc Exercise Physiology & Nutrition at Greenwich University and also qualified as a teacher.

His teaching experience includes more than 1000 fitness classes and trained over 100 clients on a one to one basis.

Jason has now worked in over 80 schools speaking to students about ‘How to Avoid Trouble’. This also includes self-defence workshops and courses.

His book is entitled ‘How to Avoid Trouble’ and includes over 500 tips.

Jason believes that most situations of conflict can be avoided, however, your confidence is enhanced if you have some idea of what you can do.
