I have been training with Jason for almost three years,
twice a week for an hour. We have done boxing, kick boxing,
mixed martial arts and self defence. It has been fantastic
and I really think I have learned a lot. He really knows how to
pace the rate of teaching/learning and it's great.
The cardio workout is also superb. I would highly recommend Jason to anyone who wants to do any of the above or simply get in shape. He knows his stuff very well. "
